I also analyzed the publication date of articles and comments. In September 9942 articles were published. In total 20878 comments were published. It seems that most of the medbloggers work between 9 and 12. The number of articles published dramatically decreases in that period. The same holds for the comments. Most of the articles were published around 5 p.m.. The number of comments peaks at 6 p.m.. You can see this in the figure below. The x-axis displays the hour of the day. The y-axis displays the number.
